Columbia River Gorge

Hood River has three exits off of I-84 in the Gorge. Use the middle exit #63 to get to Mountain View Cycle.

In 1854, Nathaniel Coe and his family became the first permanent settlers in Hood River County when they filed a land claim for the area, which is now the City of Hood River.

By 1880, there were seventeen families living in the valley.

DownTown Hood River

After you exit I-84, turn south on 2nd Street into town. Go two blocks to the 4-way stop on Oak Street. We're on the South East corner.

This the main downtown area of Hood River.

Parking is metered, quarters are handy to have close by.
