TRUE TO THE TRAIL. Our 140mm/150mm travel Primer 29 trail bike is pure perfection… everywhere. Rolling on super-fast 29” wheels the Primer 29 will give you trail-flattening speed over any obstacle, both on tough climbs and technical descents. In short, the Primer 29 is the ultimate all-round premium trail bike. It could be the only mountain bike you’ll ever need. VERSATILITY. The Primer 29 trail bike is the most versatile model in our range. With 140mm of rear travel and 150mm up front we have designed a bike that is capable and balanced off road, but also nimble and fun at the same time. The Primer is a bike that is equally at home on long all-day rides, laps in your local woods or a multi-day adventures. It gives a confidence inspiring trail ride, it’s the ultimate all-rounder. ASSURED, BALANCED, NIMBLE AND FUN. The frame is the heart and soul of any bike, and all of our Primers are built around our perfectly designed monocoque carbon frame, with a dual-strut design rear triangle, optimized carbon fiber layup, a carbon top link, titanium hardware throughout, internal (and silent) tubes for shifter, dropper post and brake routing, ISCG05 mounts, Flak guard armor frame protection on the downtube, a threaded bottom bracket shell and our adjustable ‘Flip Chip’ technology. WHAT IS A FLIP CHIP? OR ADJUSTABLE GEOMETRY. Our Flip Chip technology allows you to quickly switch between two positions to alter the Primer’s geometry which gives you different handling characteristics. The ‘Low’ setting is for most normal everyday riding, but if you are mainly going to be hitting the downhills then you have the ability to easily switch to the ‘Lower’ setting. Going from the Low to Lower mode slackens the headangle by 0.6º, drops the bottom bracket by 7mm and shortens the reach by 6mm (figures for Primer 29 in Large). What this means is that the bike in the Lowest setting will eat up the descents and rail any corner even more so than before. It’s your choice. THE JS TUNED TRAIL LINK. We talk a lot about JS Tuned here at INTENSE. JS stands for Jeff Steber (our founder and CEO) and simply put it is a system that focuses on all of the individual parts that make up one of our bikes: from suspension, geometry, wheel size, materials and component spec. The key element of JS Tuned is our suspension system that uses two counter-rotating links to connect the front and rear triangles of the bike. The links are specifically placed to allow for separation between the pedaling and braking forces from the suspension performance. Every model in our range has its own personal and specific JS tune.

Big adventures require a bike that can rise to the occasion. Arctodus is named after Arctodus simus, an Ice Age behemoth that was the largest bear to ever walk the Earth. Like its namesake, Arctodus the bike is versatile, strong, and ready to explore. It has adjustable geometry, a durable steel frame, a massive front triangle for a frame bag, lots of cargo mounts, and can clear the biggest fat bike tires on the market. Arctodus is ready for afternoon exploration, polar expeditions, and everything in between. THE BIGGEST TIRE CLEARANCE Arctodus was built around a 26" x 4.8" tire for optimal handling and control on loose trails. It can fit the biggest fat bike tires in the world. The biggest fat tire on the market is 26" x 5.05" and Arctodus eats them like a snack with room to spare. Same as 27.5" x 4.5", which is the biggest 27.5" tire available. Arctodus is the only bike to clear tires this big with a 12-speed drivetrain without chain interference. When a bike is created for big rides with fresh snow, it needs to fit tires that were designed for the same reason. This is a bike that prays for snow and cuts its own trail. ONE BIKE, THREE WHEELBASE LENGTHS A key feature in all Otso bikes is adjustable geometry and the ability to adapt the bike for the ride ahead. The patented Tuning Chip rear dropout system can change wheelbase length by up to 20mm, raise or lower the bottom bracket height by up to 4mm, and change the head tube angle by +/- 0.5º. Use the rear position when the trails are loose and you need as much control as you can get. Use the front position when the snow is firm and the trails let you take turns with a little speed. No matter the conditions, Arctodus has an answer. DESIGNED FOR EXPLORING There's no need to wait for the trail groomer. Arctodus was made for foot trails, forest paths, and snow-covered frozen lakes. The bombproof steel frame can withstand the demands of an expedition. A large front triangle can fit a healthy full frame bag. The carbon fork has mounts on either side for cargo. A rear frame can be attached via mounts on the seat stays and Tuning Chip hardware. Even the geometry is catered for exploration, with extra trail for optimal flotation and bottom bracket height that will ride above deeper snow. Whether you're exploring local trails or a national forest, you can trust Arctodus to keep you riding. NARROW Q FACTOR Arctodus has a 100mm bottom bracket. This is 30-40mm narrower than other fat bikes that have the same tire clearance. Ride with massive tires without compromising handling. SUSPENSION CORRECT All Otso frames feature suspension-corrected geometry. Arctodus is compatible with suspension forks that have up to 120mm of travel. A few options are available on the Custom Bike Builder. STABILITY & FLOATATION Arctodus geometry was designed for optimal riding on fresh trails. The 68º head tube angle paired with massive tires gives Arctodus more trail than other fat bikes. Even the BB height was selected for clearance in deep snow. DROPPER COMPATIBLE Snowy trails are good with dropper posts, too. A port near the bottom bracket fits a cable and housing for a cable-actuated dropper post.

It's a frame material that is as unique and seldom used as it is versatile and excellent for multiple types of riding. TIRE CLEARANCE 700c? Check! 650b? Double check! 29er? Triple check! Warakin Stainless has massive tire clearance because no two roads are the same. The Warakin Stainless has clearance for 700c x 51mm, 650b x 51mm, or 29" x 2.1" tires. Race gravel with 700c x 38mm semi-slicks, then swap in 29" x 2.1" for that bikepacking trip with gnarly trails without needing to ride a different bike. TUNING CHIP The Tuning Chip rear dropout system allows for adjustable bike geometry by changing the wheelbase by up to 20mm, bottom bracket height by up to 4mm, and head tube angle by 0.2º. This means you can easily switch between a bike with the responsive, agile handling of a shorter wheelbase and a bike with the confidence and stability of a longer wheelbase just by flipping the Tuning Chip. Use the back position for stability and confidence with its longer wheelbase, lower bottom bracket, and slack head tube angle. The front position is ideal for winding singletrack or the CX course with its shorter wheelbase, higher bottom bracket, and steeper head tube angle. The center position is the best of both worlds. TOP PERFORMER Unparalleled ride quality results from the combination of stainless steel and carefully thought out frame geometry. The Warakin Stainless was designed by our engineers in Minnesota and manufactured by top steel frame fabricators in Taiwan. PROGRESSIVE GEOMETRY Warakin's progressive geometry takes a page from the cross-country MTB playbook. Increased top tube length and a shorter stem maintain stack and reach while providing a lively 'can-do' attitude on rougher terrain. DROPPER FRIENDLY A small port near the bottom of the seat tube allows for the cable routing of a dropper post. If you don't ride with a dropper, you probably won't even notice the port. FOR THE LONG HAUL Numerous frame braze-ons allow Warakin to accommodate cable routing clamps, three water bottles, fenders, racks, frame bags, and more. Three braze-ons on either side of the fork allow for additional storage.
